The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your store’s success. You will:
- Set the vision, strategy, and pace to deliver year-on-year growth
- Lead by example on the floor – delivering exceptional service and strong sales results
- Monitor store performance and take action to exceed financial targets
- Manage team rosters, recruitment, and staffing to match seasonal needs
- Drive a high-performance, safety-first culture in line with company values
- Handle daily store operations – from open to close
- Coach your team to deliver results and grow in their roles
