About Reef Marine
Reef Marine is Central QLD’s largest marine dealer. Our store consists of a modern, fully equipped workshop with the latest test and service equipment, an extensive spare parts and chandlery section and knowledgeable sales and finance department.
We are looking for candidates who take pride in their work, to join our small team of 20 employees. Working closely together in a fast-paced environment, we are a skilled and enthusiastic team.
Working in the Spare Parts and Accessories department at Reef Marine you will be part of an experienced team selling marine chandlery, marine electronics and fishing and boating accessories. To work in this area, you will have experience in a Retail and Sales role and ideally have a general knowledge of boating and fishing. (Please note that full Australian working rights are essential for this role.)
The successful candidate will be trained as they learn the various tasks.
Some typical tasks you may be carrying out in the Spare Parts and Accessories Department:
- Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
- Store merchandising to ensure product availability and excellent presentation
- Stock Handling
- Processing Customer Warranty Claims
- Working cooperatively and professionally with other team members and suppliers to enhance our customer’s experience.
Essential Requirements
- Passion for fishing and the outdoors
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Exceptional delivery of customer service
- Strong communication skills
- A high standard of personal presentation
- You will be able to communicate well with others and work well in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $46,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
