OUR BUSINESS:
Our business is a leading importer and distributor of Secure Identification production equipment representing a major Global Manufacturer.
We are a rapidly growing business - with a small dynamic team that prides itself on supplying a high quality product with excellent customer service and delivery in a very competitive market.
ROLE:
The role is for Direct Customer Sales Representative overseeing all direct sales throughout the whole sales cycle:
+ existing account management
+ identify new leads
+ lead generation
+ quoting and pricing
+ following up and executing the sale
+ pre-installation liaison with technical team and facilitating demonstrations when required
+ post-installation follow up with customer where required
+ ongoing customer support for the current "direct sales" population
+ maintaining an accurate CRM for the business
We are a small team managing a fast growing business, this role will be required to liaise closely with the manager of the re-seller channel, procurement, marketing, technicians and the warehouse manager. Communication is a key attribute required to succeed in this role.
This is an office-based and on-the-road role which requires travel inter-state throughout Australia to canvas new business and manage the existing customers base. This role will also require travel to our existing reseller partners in PNG and Fiji (as COVID regulations permit). All travel costs are covered.
Note: This is not a work-from-home role.

Base Salary + super (negotiable, dependant upon experience) plus:
- Sales Commission - paid in addition to base salary, upon meeting sales and performance metric targets.
- Motor Vehicle Allowance - the role will require customer visits
- Laptop and mobile phone
SKILLS REQUIRED:
This is a technical product that will require the ability to gain product knowledge and software knowledge. Full product training will be provided.
Advanced IT skills including networking would be a considerable advantage to successfully sell this product and support our customers ongoing needs.
Other skills that we are looking for, to be successful in this role include:
+ a demonstrable history of being successful in a Sales Role
+ a demonstrable history of working in a small team
+ technical ability with IT and Computer Hardware
+ excellent written and verbal communication skills
