Northern Access is an EWP company in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
We are currently looking to recruit a positive and energetic Business Development Manager to take on a sales representative role for our company. The role is focused on attracting and developing new business while also assisting our highly valued existing customers to complete their projects by providing for them with EWP/Access solutions.
You will also work with our existing sales and accounts team to target customers from the existing market. Other duties and responsibilities include:
- Establish yourself as an industry client solution partner.
- Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key sales customers, working in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
Northern Access are looking for someone with a genuine desire to build enduring relationships with your customers
following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence.
- Experience within the Hire industry or construction / civil markets would be highly advantageous but is not necessary for the right person.
- Current and valid Victorian Driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Somerton, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- EWPA Hire industry or construction / civil markets: 2 years (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Required)
