- Go-getter: You’re proactive, self-motivated, and cool with hitting the road when needed.
- People person: Strong communicator who builds trust and relationships like a natural.
- Educated (but chill): Tertiary qualifications are great, but not a dealbreaker.
- Local legend: You live in Australia and have full working rights.
