About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines client-facing sales with creative content creation. You’ll work in our Ringwood showroom 1–2 days a week, primarily Fridays and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with in-store client appointments and fittings
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Support sales staff in managing showroom operations
- Capture and create social media content (photos/videos/stories)
- Schedule weekly social media content
- Contribute ideas for content strategy
- Create monthly email newsletters and email campaigns
Who You Are:
- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Comfortable using social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience working with Hubspot and Mailchimp
- Strong attention to detail and sense of style
- Interest in fashion or menswear a bonus
- Previous retail, hospitality, or content creation experience preferred
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.18 per hour
Schedule:
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
