- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Process web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and coordinating timely delivery
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
