Your role
As a Salesforce Developer/Senior Developer, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:
- Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
- Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
- Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.
- Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
- Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers.
Your profile
- 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions.
- Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
- Health cloud experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
- Strong experience with LWC, Omnistudio, Copado.
- Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
