Salon Assistant (Tea & Tidy) Casual/Part-Time
WILLOMINA is on the lookout for a warm, reliable and proactive Salon Assistant to join our team in beautiful Woollahra Village.
This role is perfect for someone who loves being part of a vibrant, high-end salon environment and thrives behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. It’s not a hairdressing position, but it’s a crucial part of how we deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.
About the Role:
- Casual/Part-Time
- Fridays essential, with potential to add Saturdays
- Based in Woollahra
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping the salon beautifully clean and organised
- Serving tea, coffee and refreshments to clients
- Assisting stylists with basic support
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks in
You are:
- Friendly, professional and team-minded
- Detail oriented and love things looking beautiful and in order
- A self starter, you see what needs doing and do it
- Ideally experienced in a similar role, but not essential
Bonus:
This role could be great for a student or someone looking to get a foot in the door of the hair industry.

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
