Red Bean Café in Footscray, serving freshly made sandwiches, quality coffee, and warm service to our community. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sandwich Hand / Café Allrounder to join our team and bring great energy to our busy mornings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, bahn mi rolls and light meals to order
- Assist in food prep and maintaining a clean, organised work area
- Operate coffee machine and prepare quality espresso-based drinks
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter and during busy rushes
- Assist with POS transactions and general café duties
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a café or similar hospitality role
- Confident in coffee making / barista skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be available for morning shifts (weekdays and/or weekends)
