- Working with Children Check Clearance
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake First Aid training.
- Administration of Medications – training to be provided based on student needs.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
- Administration skills including a knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with teachers and students.
- Ability to perform tasks in one or more of the following areas: office procedures; accounting procedures; sick bay; hospitality and /or design and technology; science.

Toukley Public School is situated on the NSW Central Coast. Our school expectations are that respect, responsibility and excellence are visible throughout the school and its community. We have an enrolment of 521 students from Preschool to Year 6.
Kooloora Preschool is our designated Aboriginal preschool, with 40 places available for a part time program to service Aboriginal families from all areas of the Central Coast. Our school has 165 (32%) Aboriginal students who are well supported through close connections with the Muru Bulbi Aboriginal Education Consultancy Group (AECG) and a designated Aboriginal Education Officer.
Our school offers placements in multistage classes for 46 students with additional needs who are supported by specialist support staff.
