Help us deliver like never before
As our Seasonal Truck Driver, you’ll be the face of our trusted Redbank Transport facility, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities during our busiest time of the year. You’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that!
We're now hiring for our seasonal period. Seasonal team members generally commence across September and December and depending on parcel volume, assisting us to deliver until around Christmas with some roles offered to our best performers on a more permanent basis.
We have full shifts starting at 10.30am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 10pm and 3.30am! Take your pick!
You’ll be
- Safely loading/unloading your truck with ULD's (cages) for delivery
- Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
- Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups
You’ll be paid
- $38.58/hr inclusive of casual loading plus tonnage allowances and uplifts depending on your start times.
- Some roles may also attract penalty rates for overtime, evening, and weekend work

About you
- You have full working rights
- You hold a HR or above vehicle license
- You’re safety focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
- You have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
- You’re fit enough to load and unload parcels of all different shapes, sizes and weights up to 16kg
- You’re prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo an Australia Post specific pre-employment medical including weight of below 130kg in line with our safe seat limits, drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks.
