The Role
We’re seeking experienced, proactive Security Guards who are confident working independently or in teams. This is a physical, hands-on role that will see you walking and standing for extended periods — often outdoors, in all types of weather.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly, customer-first attitude
- Conducting bag checks, screening, and monitoring access points
- Managing large crowds safely and professionally
- Responding to incidents and ensuring the safety of patrons, staff, and assets
- Securing restricted or high-risk areas like performance zones or athlete tunnels
You will play a key role in keeping Sydney’s top events safe and enjoyable.
About You
This opportunity is suited to guards who:
- Hold a current NSW 1A Security Licence
- Have current First Aid and NSW RSA Card
- Are physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Are available days, nights weekdays and weekends
- Are confident, professional, and love interacting with the public
