We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and licensed Casual Security Guards to join our team. Positions are available at various sites across the Sydney metropolitan area, including retail stores, construction sites, events, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong security presence and ensure the safety of people and property
- Perform regular patrols and site checks
- Monitor CCTV systems (if applicable)
- Report incidents and complete site logs
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
- Enforce site rules and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid NSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum)
- Valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- RSA (desirable but not essential for all roles)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
