We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS, including its core functionalities and technical architecture. 

Expertise in Oracle solutions—particularly within one or more areas :ERP, SCM, HCM, or CRM—is highly valuable. 

This role involves serving as a lead point of contact for customers, guiding them, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring successful solution implementation and adoption. 

Responsibilities also include reviewing technical issues, escalating complex problems where appropriate, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs. The ability to quickly build and nurture strong relationships is critical, as is acting as a trusted advisor to both middle and senior management. 

The role also requires clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effective collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

Develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Work with larger clients. Provide input into the CSM methodology and direction. Act as mentor to newer CSMs on a voluntary basis.
