Role overview: Over the past 5 years, Plenti has grown its loan portfolio from ~$400 million to over $2.5 billion with ongoing strong growth momentum. The Treasury team has been integral to supporting this growth with the establishment of a substantial warehouse and ABS issuance program. Plenti operates multiple warehouses and has issued over $3.8 billion of ABS across 10 transactions. In line with our continued growth and evolving needs, we are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to take on a pivotal role within our Treasury team. The Senior Treasury Analyst reports directly to the Treasurer in a small, high performing team that manages all aspects of Plenti’s funding operations and has broad responsibilities to support and improve treasury activities at Plenti. Key responsibilities:• Play a central role in preparing for and executing ABS transactions across Plenti’s two debt capital markets programs• Support the Treasurer in managing key funding relationships, including with banks, investors, rating agencies, legal counsel and trustees• Oversee the management of Plenti’s warehouse facilities, including monitoring portfolio metrics and overseeing regular processes such as sales, drawdowns and reallocations• Prepare monthly reporting packs for warehouse facilities and ABS trusts• Assist in expanding existing warehouse facilities and establishing new funding structures• Support the Treasurer in managing interest rate risk in accordance with Plenti’s hedging strategy, utilising swaps and other derivatives• Maintain and update Plenti’s funding models and trust management systems as needed• Conduct ad hoc portfolio analysis and assist with other treasury related responsibilities• Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the Treasury function About you:This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and experience in funding and securitisation markets, who is eager to further develop their expertise in a fast growing, dynamic organisation. With a direct reporting line to the Treasurer, this role provides strong potential for career advancement for the right candidate. Essential experience: • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a corporate, banking, or finance related environment • A minimum of 2 years' hands on experience in securitisation•Strong understanding of debt capital and interest rate markets• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data analytics tools or languages such as SQL, Python would be well regarded • Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related discipline Key competencies: • Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems• High level of attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment• Collaborative team playerWhat's life like at Plenti?
