Service Improvement Lead - AYA
Ongoing, Part-time Role
60 Hours / Fortnight
The Victorian Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Service is seeking an experienced Service Improvement Lead to drive initiatives aimed at elevating the quality, safety, and effectiveness of care provided to young people facing cancer.
The Service Improvement Lead will be responsible for identifying opportunities for service enhancement, leading strategic improvement projects, and ensuring a culture of continuous quality improvement within the AYA cancer care framework. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven background in healthcare service development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, committed to delivering patient-centred outcomes.
Remuneration as per Heath and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025. Grade 7 $122,106.40 (full-time equivalent) dependent on candidate experience. $96,399.79 (prorated for part time hours). To be discussed with Hiring Manager.
