We’re looking for a Service Station Handyperson to help maintain and support the Freedom Fuels retail network. It’s a mobile, hands-on role that suits someone who likes solving problems, keeping things in good working order, and getting out and about.
You don’t need to be trade-qualified (though it’s definitely a plus). What we value most is a solid maintenance mindset, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What the job involves:
- General repairs and maintenance across service station sites
- Basic plumbing, patching, painting, signage, and upkeep
- A mix of scheduled works and reactive tasks
- Regular travel between locations across QLD and Northern NSW
- Participation in a Rotating On-call Roster for Urgent Site Issues
- In return, we offer flexible arrangements to balance out on-call work
- Practical skills and hands-on maintenance experience
- A sense of pride in your work and ability to work independently
- A driver’s licence (you’ll be on the move)
- Trade qualification is a bonus, but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude
