We are currrently seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Service Team in Orange. Within this role your responsibilities will be to service, maintain and repair Epiroc equipment as well as:
- Creating and developing strong relationships with customers and team members
- Carrying out specialised repairs, rebuilds and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment
- Solve complex equipment-related issues include diagnostic fault finding
- Field and workshop repairs on a range of Epiroc equipment
- Providing a high level of technical product support to our customers located within the region
- Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Epiroc equipment (Surface and underground) product knowledge and experience
- Heavy Mobile Equipment trade qualification
- Strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to providing quality customer service
- Ability to handle and work under pressure
