About the role:
Within the policies and procedures of Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse and Neglect, Government Relations, Strategy and Violence Prevention Branch and the Murrumbidgee Local Health District, to provide specialised therapeutic and counselling interventions appropriate to sexual assault and children with problematic or harmful sexual behaviour (PHSB). Provision of service is for children, adults, families and groups (across the lifespan and gender-inclusive). This would include a demonstrated ability to implement effective therapies with individuals and groups.
We currently have a number of positions available across the district
- Griffith – Permanent Full Time 1 position
- Young – Temporary Part Time 24 Hours – Maternity leave until 4 September 2026
- Wagga Wagga – 2 x Full time positions available – this role will require VAN On call
