Are you a passionate and driven individual looking to take your leadership skills to the next level? We're seeking an enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our franchise team in Oran Park, Australia. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any customer concerns or complaints
• Train and mentor new team members, supporting their development and integration into the team
• Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency throughout your shift
• Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions as directed by management
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall restaurant performance
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers
• Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Support franchise-specific initiatives and maintain brand standards

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Positive attitude and passion for team success
• Knowledge of franchise operations and brand standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR Certificate
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
