Join Our Team as a Part-Time House Supervisor – Werribee Location
Direct Care Assistance (DCA) is seeking experienced, organised, and passionate House Supervisors to join our dedicated team in Werribee on a part-time permanent basis.
As a House Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residence supporting participants with disabilities in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. You’ll lead a team of support workers, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and empowering home for our participants.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of disability support workers to deliver high-quality care
- Manage daily house operations including compliance, medication administration, and reporting
- Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders
- Implement care strategies tailored to participants with complex needs and behaviours
- Uphold DCA’s values and ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in team leadership and disability support, especially with complex behaviours
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence in report writing and managing multiple responsibilities
- A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
Essential Requirements (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Access to a personal motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Completion of NDIS Orientation and New Worker Modules
- Proof of right to work in Australia
