The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Building Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to lead on-site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and building codes
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and toolbox talks
- Manage project timelines, reporting, and site documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and Project Managers
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations, QBCC Standards and tolerances, and WHS standards
- Current White Card and driver’s licence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain project momentum
