About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Defence Security Site Supervisor to oversee Glenbrook RAAF base. The role is to manage all aspects in line with the contracted security services provided by MSS Security for Defence, ensuring that client and contract needs are met at all times and provide leadership and management to all MSS Security employees, we would love to hear from you.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the onsite security team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Rostering, shift allocation and overtime management
- Prepare and deliver monthly security service reports to clients and the Business Manager.
- Maintain and communicate site policies, procedures, and operating requirements.
- Foster strong relationships in a corporate environment with clients, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
- Resolve security related challenges and proactively address problems within the corporate security setting.
- Ensure all staff are properly inducted, trained, and hold relevant certifications.
- Oversee incident reporting and ensure effective escalation and resolution.
- Manage employee performance and adherence to MSS Security policies.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and client liaison capabilities.
- Proven problem-solving abilities in a corporate security setting.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Valid NSW Security license
- Certificate II in security operations (Or higher)
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
- Full Driver’s License
- Australian Citizenship required; NV1 clearance (or the ability to obtain)
- Australian Defence force experience is desirable
