We’re seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Store Manager to support our dynamic team at our Sunshine Market Place outlet store.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Store Manager in running daily operations for a high-volume outlet store
- Help lead and motivate a large team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with managing stock flow, visual merchandising, and store presentation in a fast-moving environment
- Support wage cost management and effective rostering
- Coach and mentor team members to maintain morale and encourage development
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment adhering to OH&S requirements

- Experience in retail leadership or senior sales roles within a high-volume store environment
- Strong leadership skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to inspire a large team
- Commercially minded with a focus on sales performance and operational excellence
- Knowledgeable in stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
