We’re looking for an experienced and driven Flagship Store Manager to lead one of our most high-profile locations at Green Hills. This is more than just a store — it’s a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment that requires energy, leadership, and ambition.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead all aspects of daily operations in one of Skechers’ busiest concept stores
- Consistently drive performance to exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team
- Monitor sales and business metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to deliver a world-class brand experience
- Manage wage costs and rostering in line with business targets
- Ensure strong health and safety practices and compliance across the store
- Build future leaders through hands-on coaching, structured training, and clear succession planning
