We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our remedial waterproofing team. You’ll be supporting a range of projects—from balcony and rooftop repairs to bathroom and facade remediation—working alongside experienced trades and learning valuable skills in the process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with site setup, preparation and clean-up
- Operating power tools and demolition equipment (jackhammers, grinders, etc.)
- Removing tiles, screed, render and coatings
- Removing soil from Planter boxes
- Preparing substrates and surfaces for waterproofing
- Mixing and applying waterproofing products under supervision
- Manual handling and material transport
- Supporting qualified waterproofers and trades on-site
What we’re looking for:
- Previous on-site labouring or construction experience
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- White Card (construction induction)
- Driver’s licence and own transport
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in remedial work, waterproofing, tiling, or concrete repair
- Working at Heights or EWP ticket
