In this role, you'll:
Provide project management for testing and commissioning activities of significant packages of rail infrastructure within a Sydney Metro project.
As a senior project manager, the role requires the candidate to have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
The role provides professional and technical input in the delivery of testing and commissioning activities in the rail corridor, rail station and precinct (including utilities) and monitors activities to ensure that testing and commissioning works are delivered to the required test procedures, standards and in accordance with safe work methods and environmental practices.
The role will work with contractors and service providers to deliver the test and commission activities in a collaborative and cooperative manner, to support subsequent system integration acceptance testing activities and to ensure the timely and effective delivery of the project.
The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program of delivery of testing & commissioning, all assurance activities and system handover requirement are being adequately met.
Role based in Sydney. With some flexible working practice and some onsite activity between Sydenham & Bankstown

About you
You will have experience in large-scale testing and commissioning campaigns on Greenfield and Brownfield rail infrastructure works in an urban environment.
Also:
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction or equivalent professional experience
• This position is identified as a Rail Safety Worker (RSW).
