Balmain & District Football Club is looking for experienced football coaches to train players in our Offseason programs - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

ABility to have up to 5 hrs in 1 day, during holiday camps even 7.5 hours a day and during our grading sessions up to 9 hrs a day.
FOOTBALL COACHES
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate coaches to join our team!
Flexibility in coaching styles is required as sessions vary from U5 - U16.
- Consistent work from mid October till December with Winter season programs starting in February till August 2026
- All equipment on-premises: 3 types of goals, mannequins, ladders, rings, ropes, walls, and all standard equipment
- 1/3 of the football pitch is only for you and your group
Location:
- Balmain area (Rozelle Parkland, Waterfront Drive, Glover street sporting ground).
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Ability to coach 10-15 kids by yourself
- Follow the club’s session plans
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a team
- Set up and pack down of fields for training
- Work in a coaching team representing BDFC culture
- Work closely with TD
- Adopt the club's football vision

- Relevant Coaching Accreditation
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
Desirable Criteria
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Provide/Perform CPR
- Physical Education Degree
- Drivers Licence
- FFA/AFC C licence
- FFA/AFC B licence
- FFA/AFC A licence
