We’re Hiring: Social Media Strategist & Content Creator

We’re on the lookout for a creative and strategic social media expert to take our content to the next level. This is an ongoing part-time role, requiring 2 days per week, including onsite filming at our Rose Bay and Balmain locations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a creative, results-driven social media strategy
- Film and edit engaging content, especially for TikTok and Instagram
- Build content calendars and pitch fresh, on-trend ideas
- Manage influencer collaborations and outreach
- Lead promotions, paid social ads, and sponsorship opportunities
- Run Meta Ad Manager campaigns (Facebook & Instagram ads)
- Assist with basic SEO strategy to improve visibility and ranking
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience creating and executing social media strategies
- Strong video editing skills and confidence filming short-form content
- Experience managing Meta Ad Manager campaigns and basic SEO
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: You’ve worked with food, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands
