About the Role

Join our team as a Grade 3 Social Work Clinical Educator on a full time, fixed term basis until October 2025. This position will require you to work across multiple Monash Health sites.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the Social Work workforce across Monash Health’s bed-based services. This role focuses on the orientation, upskilling, and ongoing clinical support of Social Work clinicians to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care.

With a strong understanding of clinical education and project management methodologies, you will help map existing skillsets, support capability building, and promote innovation through digital health technologies. You’ll also coordinate Social Work orientation and ensure alignment with the Allied Health Education Framework, Strategic Plan, and Scope of Practice processes.
