THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Solution Analyst to join our Software and Professional Services team based in Burnley, Melbourne.
Reporting to the Graphic Communications (GC) Professional Services Manager, your key focus will be to design and implement high quality customer solutions, through understanding customer’s business challenges and needs to help interpret and develop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and development of customer solutions and workflows, including the identification and documentation of opportunities, risks and challenges
• Definition and management of project deliverables
• Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, such as Sales and Operations teams, and 3rd party solution partners and software vendors to co-develop solutions
• Management of customer negotiations and escalations
• Development and presentation of hardware and software training to customers
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven track record in successful project based service delivery, supported by Tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science
• Ability to interpret customer requirements into successful solutions
• Solid Object Oriented coding and development experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications, PDF technologies and Workflow Automation
• Understanding of pre-press processes and/or experience delivering projects within the printing industry would be highly regarded
• Superior documentation skills, including producing Statements of Work, business cases, training materials and project reporting
• Relevant Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma and MCP/CNNA qualifications would be highly regarded
