We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and connecting with high-quality candidates to support hard-to-fill roles and peak operational needs.

This is not your typical recruitment role – you’ll be out there mapping markets, engaging passive talent, and creating future-ready candidate communities. You’ll play a big part in shaping how we find and connect with people who share our passion for bringing landscapes to life.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels
- Building and nurturing candidate pools for current and future roles
- Partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand what great looks like
- Sharing market insights and supporting recruitment campaigns
- Championing our employer brand and candidate experience
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media
- A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people
- Organised, curious, and proactive with an eye for detail
