Spa Coordinator – Unley & Semaphore
Front of House | Client Care | Admin Support | Flexible Hours
We’re looking for a vibrant, organised and caring Spa Coordinator to become the welcoming face of Temple Day Spa. This role blends luxury service with admin coordination in a fast-paced but deeply supportive environment.

Duties Include:
- Greeting & hosting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings (phone, online, in-person)
- Gift voucher and retail product sales
- Hosting group bookings
- Supporting front desk & general admin tasks
- Working alongside our spa team to deliver seamless experiences
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, or salon (front desk a bonus)
- Strong communication, time management & multitasking skills
- Friendly, calm, and confident personality
- Tech-savviness – Timely or Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
- Full working rights in Australia
- Impeccably spoken and presented
