We are looking for an Integration Specialist who will help deliver high-quality integration solutions for Rio Tinto People Platforms, initially focused on the Workday platform.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic, agile, performance driven individual to contribute to design, communication and assurance of Rio Tinto’s global integration standards, patterns and governance. You are also the primary interface with key vendors.

Reporting to the Manager Integration Platforms, Technical Enablement and working in a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment, you will:

  • Serve as the technical lead for People Platform integrations.

  • Identify, define and guide integration strategies, standards, governance and patterns in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security.

  • Identify, assess, and solve
