What You’ll Do
- Lead with Purpose: Take the reins as the statistical lead on clinical trials, guiding study design, analysis, and interpretation.
- Drive Innovation: Develop cutting-edge statistical methods, author SAPs, and shape CRFs that power global research.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Be the go-to expert for clients and cross-functional teams, translating data into actionable insights.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-quality deliverables, from datasets to TLFs, while managing timelines and budgets.
- Mentor & Grow: Share your knowledge, train junior staff, and help build a culture of excellence and curiosity.
What You Bring
- A degree in Biostatistics or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical research.
- Expertise in SAS and familiarity with CDISC/ADaM standards.
- A passion for precision, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
