St Martins Geriatrician TMP

About the role

Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality geriatric medicine service within The Prince Charles Hospital. There is scope to develop new models of care as part of this role. You will participate, if requested, in the provision of services in Clinical Service Networks (CSNs) within the Metro North Hospital and Health Service (HHS).

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide input in the development of relevant clinical models in the Metro North HHS
Participate in the training and supervision of Interns and House Officers.
Foster and undertake research in relevant aspects of Internal Medicine.
Ensure quality health care by achieving and maintaining best practice and contributing to quality assurance activities within the HHS.
Represent the HHS at professional and management meetings as appropriate.
