In addition to this, you will also be required to drive for extended periods of time to locations such as Rockhampton, Maryborough and Gympie to help move team members across depots when required.
- Starting salary of $68, 370 plus 12.75% superannuation.

- Assisting with the loading and unloading of customers and luggage for train arrival and departure.
- General cleaning and maintenance duties of the station, bathroom facilities, baggage areas, gardens and train cleaning when required.
- Providing platform announcements and active platform management
- Providing exceptional customer service to travelling customers and the local community – this includes assisting with customer luggage
- Operating station machinery and equipment.
- Assisting with answering the phones.
- Reporting any safety concerns to the Operation Coordinator.
- The ability to work autonomously but also within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a customer focused attitude to ensure a positive experience with customers.
- Sound computer skills.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’.
- A safety conscious attitude.
- Resilience and ability to self-motivate.
- Ability to undertake a variety of manual handling tasks including cleaning and lifting of heavy luggage up to 20 kilograms.
- Previous customer service and or cleaning experience.
- A current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence – required
