THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at the beautiful Brava store in Westfield Carindale. The successful applicant will be trained (or retrained) in bra fitting for D cup and up women 'The Brava Way', which is a warm, personal and inspiring approach designed to help our clients feel listened to and cared for.
Our Store Managers are caring, compassionate and dedicated with a passion for creating teams who can provide customers with perfectly fitted bras and positive experiences, so they leave feeling confident and comfortable and truly looked after (they have found their place)! We love to create memorable, honest and empowering connections with women in an environment that is supportive, inclusive, fun and positive.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Motivated and results orientated with a pro-active attitude to the role.
- Bra fitting experience, ready to be trained "The Brava Way" for D + women.
- Excellent POS information technology understanding.
- Caring and understanding nature to women with various needs.
- Driven by the desire to help women to look good and feel great.
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.
- Very reliable and committed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Retail Store Manager, you will have the responsibility to meet the company's goals, adhere to procedures, uphold the image of the brand and demonstrate a passion for our product. Demonstrated maturity in decision making, time management skills and effective working methods with colleagues, a proven team builder and team player.
- Ensure roles, procedures and processes are well communicated to your team.
- Maintain a store environment that is always tidy, professional and welcoming.
- Establish exemplary customer service and provide an excellent bra fitting service.
- Store opening and closing.
- Take ownership of your Store’s budgets and targets and analyse efficiency to achieve the company’s objective.
- Lead your team to achieve sales and KPIs, creating a customer-centric culture.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm in driving sales and profitability.
- Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Meet store sales budgets to maximise business profit.
