Store Manager – Eastgardens (Full-Time)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Driving sales and meeting KPIs through strong leadership and coaching
- Leading a team with energy, clarity, and purpose
- Creating an engaging customer experience every time
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Managing stock, store operations, and team development
- Building a culture of trust, ownership, and team pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
- A strong focus on sales and performance
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A genuine passion for retail and customer service
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
Role Details:
Location: Eastgardens
Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Roster: Two set days off per week on a rotating roster
No late-night trade
