Spanian’s Kebabs is looking for a legendary Store Manager to run the show. This isn't just another manager gig — we're talking about leading a tight team, slinging quality feeds, and building a local following from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running the show: Oversee daily food truck operations, including opening/closing, rostering, stock management, and quality control
- Leading the team: Train, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH crew to deliver top-tier service and maintain strong team morale
- Serving with pride: Handle customer interactions, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile
- Keeping it clean & compliant: Ensure all health, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently met
- Hitting targets: Monitor sales, track KPIs, manage costs, and help grow the truck’s profitability
- Reporting: Work with head office on ordering, inventory reporting, staffing, and operational updates
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in hospitality or QSR management (food truck, café, or fast food ideal)
- Confident leader who knows how to bring a team together and get results
- Calm and organised under pressure — you can juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on and not afraid to jump into service when it’s pumping
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating roster
- Previous experience using Deputy is highly regarded but not essential

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
