Tucked into a welcoming local shopping village, our Northbridge store is small in footprint but big on personality. This boutique space is all about building genuine connections, offering personalised service, and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our loyal community. As Store Manager, you’ll lead a close-knit team, take pride in every detail, and deliver a shopping experience that feels as personal as it does stylish. It’s the perfect role for someone who loves a hands-on approach and thrives on getting to know their customers by name.

As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
Fast forward to today, we have extended our product offering to include D-LUXE Basics, DECJUBA Kids and in 2023 launched DECJUBA Men’s and DECJUBA Beauty.
