The Role: As a Store Manager at Lovisa, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Your duties will include:

- Driving sales and achieving targets while maintaining a fun, Team-focused atmosphere.
- Ensuring Team are trained, engaged, and aligned with Lovisa’s 10+ 1 Culture Commitments.
- Providing coaching and development opportunities for your Team.
