Your new role
As Store Manager, you'll be the driving our Mittagong stores success. You'll lead a motivated, high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service and sales growth. You'll also oversee store operations and ensure we maintain the highest standards in both performance and presentation.
Duties
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
- Ensure visual merchandising and stock management are maintained to the highest standard
- Oversee roster management and control wages
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to hit targets
- Coach, develop, and mentor your team to achieve their full potential
Skills & Experience
- Previous Retail Management experience
- Passion for coaching and developing your team
- Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi task
- Creating a customer service culture
- Driving performance within your team
