About the Role:
RDO Equipment is a seeking a motivated and highly organised Store Person to be based at our Rutherford Branch.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
- Ensure all stock is accounted for and correctly reported in the company computer system in accordance with company policy and site rules.
- Ensuring all parts are warehoused and stored in a safe, methodical and professional way
- Packing and shipping of products to customers ensuring the most efficient and effective methods of delivery are used, minimising waste and increasing sustainability
Saturday Roster:
We continue to support our customers on Saturdays.
You will be included in a Saturday roster once appropriate experience is gained.
You will bring the following skills and be able to meet the requirements of the role by:
- Forklift Licence preferred
- Parts or previous Store person experience would be advantageous
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and management
- Strong Computer skills including knowledge of stock control systems
- Excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent warehousing skills alongside an understanding of automotive mechanics
- Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential
