Your Impact:
Lead complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives with strong project and change management, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong stakeholder relationships
Manage milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure timely, successful outcomes
Proactively adapt plans to address project risks and evolving priorities
Ensure initiatives follow Goodstart’s centre-led principles, empowering teams and improving centre experiences
Drive sustainable outcomes by embedding change effectively across the organisation

You’ll bring to the table:
Extensive Experience leading large projects and change initiatives
Demonstrated drive for results with a strong ability to define and lead toward shared goals and a vision for the future
Strong stakeholder engagement, management and relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and conflicting priorities or stakeholder requirements
Demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve to changes impacting programs of work
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams in a matrix organisation
Demonstrated business acumen applied when making decisions
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Exceptional communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Working with Children Check for relevant State/Territory
