ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Manager who’s passionate about building trusted relationships, creating meaningful impact, and helping others succeed. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow with our partners, through thoughtful strategy, strong collaboration, and a focus on long-term value.
In this role, you’ll lead and deliver high-impact growth initiatives for our partner network. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll turn insight into action, guiding go-to-market strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our partners feel supported, heard, and empowered.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow trusted relationships with strategic partners and clients across AU/NZ;
- Design and deliver tailored, insight-led growth strategies aligned to partner goals;
- Develop business plans with partners, setting shared objectives and driving execution through cross-functional collaboration;
- Work closely with teams across marketing, product, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and long-term success;
- Act as a central point of contact—ensuring partner needs are heard, supported, and consistently delivered on;
- Lead regular business reviews to assess performance, strengthen relationships, and unlock new opportunities;
- Manage go-to-market activities including onboarding, activation, enablement, and ongoing advocacy;
- Oversee partner contracts and agreements—ensuring mutual value, compliance, and commercial outcomes;
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and maintain accurate, transparent reporting in Salesforce;
- Continuously identify ways to improve processes and adapt to partner and market needs.
SALARY
The salary range for this role is $110, 000 – 130, 000 + super + commission

- Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience;
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at a senior level;
- Track record of delivering results in growth, partnerships, or strategic account roles;
- Strong understanding of APIs and technical integrations (not hands-on but conceptual knowledge);
- Excellent communication and influencing skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal;
- A collaborative approach with high emotional intelligence and a growth mindset;
- Confidence with data analysis, forecasting, and reporting;
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce;
- Passion for creating great partner and client experiences.
