Salary: $144,125.56 p.a. + super (based on experience)

The City of Stirling is seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework and embed an enterprise Risk Management Framework across the organisation.
The Role
As the Strategy, Risk and Performance Lead, you will play a key strategic leadership role in the development and implementation of the City's Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
You will also be responsible for embedding an enterprise Risk Management Framework across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive future strategy development, coordinate integrated planning processes, and measure the City's performance against strategic goals.
What you'll do
- Implement the City's Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
- Coordinate the development of the City's Strategic Community Plan, Corporate Business Plan, and other strategic plans.
- Coordinate the City’s Performance Evaluation Framework to measure organisational performance
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge of local government legislation, including the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
- Experience in enterprise risk management and policy development.
