Key Responsibilities
- Student Support:
- Assist students with enrolment processes, course information, and general inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their studies.
- Coordinate student orientation sessions and other support services.
- Respond to student emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Accounts Assistance:
- Manage student accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with financial record keeping and reporting.
- Process student refunds and manage accounts receivable.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 Year Experience in a similar role within an educational institution is highly desirable.
- Understanding of RTO/CRICOS compliance requirements.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with student management systems (SMS) and financial software.( XERO)
- Attributes:
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
