Lendlease has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Submissions Manager to join our Australian Construction business, playing a vital role in securing the next generation of city-shaping projects. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of high-quality, compliant submissions and client presentations.
- Develop bid writing plans and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
- Track submission progress and ensure timely delivery of all components.
- Coach contributors to align responses with client priorities and win themes.
- Oversee and provide guidance to Submission Coordinators
- Brief and manage external consultants.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all materials.
- Proofread and format documents using MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and PDF tools.
- Opportunities to facilitate bid kick-off meetings and strategic workshops,

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with confidence working with stakeholders and team members across all levels of seniority.
- Meticulous attention to detail - a keen eye for accuracy, structural clarity and a commitment to producing high-quality submissions.
- The ability to understand and translate complex bid requirements to ensure compliance, while ensuring client-focused responses.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, and .pdf editing software.
- The ability to lead and motivate bid contributors and a willingness to invest in the collective success of the team by providing support to colleagues.
- Equivalent experience in the construction or real estate sectors is highly advantageous.
